Suspicious person sought in Grimsby

The Niagara Regional Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspicious person in the Grimsby area.

Over the past few weeks police have received several complaints of suspicious behaviour involving an elderly male loitering in parts of Grimsby.

The individual has been described to police by members of the public as being a white male, between the age of 60 and 65 years old with short white or greying hair and an olive-coloured complexion.

The incidents reported to police involving this individual have occurred in the Olive Street and Ontario Street area, as well as the Ivan Avenue and Maple Street area of Grimsby.

The public’s assistance is requested in identifying this individual to further investigate the nature of the complaints received to date.
